Shipping & Return Policy
Packages are shipped within 1-4 business days after purchase depending on the volume of pending orders. Your order is processed in the order it is received. You will receive a tracking number once your package is being shipped. Our packages are shipped using USPS. You may check the status of your package by entering your tracking number on the USPS website.
Important Note: If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact USPS directly.
Once the packages leave our warehouse, we are not resposible for the merchandise. If USPS Tracking confirms that the package has been "Delivered", no refunds will be made.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
*If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you are responsible for the original shipping cost.
We accept Paypal as a form of payment. If you do not have a Paypal account, you may select the option "Pay with a debit or credit card, or Bill Me Later" at the time of checkout.
We evaluate and carefully inspect each package before they are shipped to our customers. However, if you receive a damaged item, we will accept it in it's originally packaging. If a return is received already opened, we will not be able to accept your return.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept any exchanges. Therefore, please review your orders carefully. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To process your return, send us an email to Orders@LinaLashes.com. Please use the subject line "RETURN" and include your order information.
To return your unused product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box Bear DE 19701. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Due to the fact our orders go through several departments to ensure proper order satisfaction, problems with orders do not occur. However, should you feel that there are any order discrepencies (example: missing items), you must contact us within 24 hours from the time your package is received. This timeframe will be verified using the tracking information on the package. We must receive photos of all the items received including the packaging it arrived in (example: bubble mailer or box). Once received via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com, we will conduct an investigation and contact you at our earliest convenience. If you are unable to follow these guidelines, we would be unable to assist you in this matter.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
